KENYAN President Mwai Kibaki has lauded Uganda and Tanzania's golfers' participation in golf events in Kenya saying it would help the two neighbouring countries prosper in the game.

KENYAN President Mwai Kibaki has lauded Uganda and Tanzania's golfers' participation in golf events in Kenya saying it would help the two neighbouring countries prosper in the game. "I am encouraged to note that the Kenya golf union and the professional body have continued to lend a helping hand to our neighbiours,” he said.

COMPANIES participating in the corporate league have elected Mike Kajubi to replace long-serving chairman Dennis Mbidde. Mbidde, one of the founder members of the league declined to stand again due to a very busy schedule. “Most of you know that am now in the federation and l want to concentrate much on Ugandan football. I think l have done much in the four years l have been in the top seat.”
