By Nicholas Kajoba Always Be Tolerant (ABETO), an NGO, has called for a government of national unity, inclusive of all political parties that participated in the presidential and parliamentary elections.

DP, UPC, NRM and FDC participated in the elections last month.

ABETO chairman Moses Musana made the call on Thursday during a press conference at Rock Gardens, Kampala.

Musana called upon the NRM to lead responsibly and not to cater only for the interests of its supporters.

He urged those dissatisfied with the electoral process to seek legal redress. Musana said ABETO would sensitise security personnel and political parties on peace and democracy.

He commended the minister for disaster preparedness, Moses Ali, for conceding defeat in the Moyo MP race. Musana urged other losers to emulate Ali.
