SHELL Makindye has emerged the top station in customer service among the company’s more than 100 stations countrywide.

SHELL Makindye has emerged the top station in customer service among the company’s more than 100 stations countrywide.

At the end of the four- month competition, Makindye petrol station staff won prizes for exemplary performance in site cleanliness, customer care and general smartness.

Shell Uganda’s retail sales manager Joseph Kahuko said the awards were to motivate the staff to perform better.
“We value you. Without you, we at Shell wouldn’t be what we are,” Kahuko said.

He said the station staff were most important in service delivery and advised the staff to improve the service delivery everyday and maintain good rapport with customers.

Kahuko assured customers that Shell would continue offering stable supply of fuel.
