UGANDA Darts Association (UDA) is seeking sh7.4m to host the third edition East Africa Darts Council Championship in Kampala April 15-17 at Regency Hotel, Bakuli. The regional event will be held concurrently with Uganda International Open. The three-day darts bonanza will be organised jointly by the East Africa Darts Federation (EADF) and UDA. EADF boss Gordon Bamutura launched an appeal last Saturday.

OVER 110 teachers in Soroti on Monday completed training on how to officiate the National Primary Schools Athletics Championship this year. NCS instructor handled the clinic organised by the district, National Council of Sports and the Education and Sports Ministry.
