Has Saleh been in Uganda?

SIR — It is laughable to hear Gen. Salim Saleh’s new political expectations in the next cabinet. He is fond of making exciting statements aimed at diverting people’s minds from discussing important national matters.

I give him credit in business matters but for politics, I beg him to leave the game to those who can manage it.
What kind of politician can he be if he is ignorant of the definition of corruption when he was actually cited in some corruption scandals?
When he regards the UPDF soldiers as ‘angels’ and that Ugandans should not talk about them, it defeats my understanding.
Does he know where soldiers get their salaries from? His assertion that President Museveni will get 74.2 % in the next elections is a mere joke and incoherent.
I suspect Saleh has never heard of the law of diminishing returns. if up to now Saleh sees no unforgivable mistakes the NRM has committed in the last 20 years, I really begin to doubt whether he has been in Uganda.
If saleh were wise, he would concentrate on his business which is flourishing. I suggest he sticks to business and forgets all about politics. Different people are endowed with different talents.
