Hand cut off
MUKONO — Jane Amoidi cut Agnes Namanda’s arm off when she found her having sex with her husband Christopher Wamala on Zingoola Island. Koome police chief Stanley Walukuli said Amoidi trailed Namanda and Wamala after hearing rumours that they were having an affair.

Thugs rob
NAIROBI — Ugandans and Kenyans on a Kampala-bound bus were on Tuesday robbed of Ksh1.4m by six thugs. The thugs killed a police officer manning a roadblock in Molo near Nakuru, as he ordered passengers to disembark for a search.  Detectives tracked down the fleeing gang, killing two before recovering passengers’ valuables.

Cleric warns
Mukono — Diocesan Bishop Eria Paul Luzinda has said pastors’ children lack discipline and behave contrary to what their parents preach. He was on Monday launching an album by the Junior Kingdom Builders.
