YOU might have heard radio adverts about new instant land buyers in town. They are not bakayungirizi (brokers), but buyers, they stress in the ads. Sources in the know tell us the man behind the booming business (Agulirawo Property Brokers) is non other than erstwhile Property Masters boss Patrick Kasulu (pictured).
Yes, the beleaguered burly fellow is back in the game. But unlike his previous business, Kasulu is not calling all the shots here. He is the marketing director.
The head honchos, we are told, are two prominent Baganda landowners and businessmen –– one Luwangula and a Sempa.
I’m informed Kasulu’s expertise and extensive know-how in property marketing/advertising was his strength.
Interestingly, land buyers are already flocking Agulirawo offices on Uganda House in droves!
An aggrieved ex-customer recently filed a petition in the High Court to declare Kasulu bankrupt. With this, however, Kasulu lays safely within the law if even that petition were ever allowed. Hmmm!
