What is the Africa management Forum?
It is an initiative that looks at human resources, enterprise and market.
We looked at the need for mentoring in an organisation, creating productivity and maximising the potential.
We also talk about branding since marketing is very important as it helps organisations understand customer needs.
Last year’s event had an overwhelming turn up of 200 participants and high quality speakers from the US and the UK.

What trickledown effects should we expect from these fora?
We focus on issues affecting CEOs and find solutions for their enterprises. share challenges.
It has been found to be very useful to talk to people who are involved in the daily running of enterprises. CEOs go back to their environments and apply the information acquired.

What will the second summit address?
The coordinators and organisers of the forum are committed to meeting the needs of the customers and exceed their expectations.
The topics will be decided upon through consultation with the participants.
There are several committees that work on the planning of the summit.
People do not have to sit in their boardrooms to draft topics.
It is through consultation.

How does one participate in the forum?
By participation in activities of the forum like the monthly breakfast meetings. The summit in November will bring everyone together unlike the monthly breakfast meetings where we restrict numbers to 40 people.

What makes you enthusiastic about the forum?
Ours is a high quality tree that keeps growing and we believe it will bring great benefits to the network of business executives across the continent, including the young.
We encourage our colleagues in the business community to sign onto the forum in November.
