72 Kabarole pastors get bikes

A total of 72 pastors of the Ebenezer church in Kabarole district have received bicycles to help to them spread the gospel.<br>The senior pastor of Fort Portal, Stephen Adyeeri, said most pastors based in the villages met difficulties in reaching the people to preach the word of God.

A total of 72 pastors of the Ebenezer church in Kabarole district have received bicycles to help to them spread the gospel.
The senior pastor of Fort Portal, Stephen Adyeeri, said most pastors based in the villages met difficulties in reaching the people to preach the word of God.
He said the bicycles worth sh7m were procured with financial assistance from churches in Canada.
He said this during a week-long conference that ended on Friday at Kagote SDA hall in Fort Portal.
It was attended by about 500 people who were given free English and Runyankore Bibles.
Among the churches that benefited were Full Gospel Church, the Gospel Restoration Church, Christian Fellowship and Elimu church.
