SIR — The lives of people living in the Kyaliwajjala-Namugongo neighbourhood, especially school children are in danger. This is because we have careless drivers who speed as if they are on a highway.
SIR — The lives of people living in the Kyaliwajjala-Namugongo neighbourhood, especially school children are in danger. This is because we have careless drivers who speed as if they are on a highway. There are many schools in this area but we have no zebra-crossing, humps or road signs!
I call upon Mr. Mamerito Mugerwa to do something about this.
It will be a pity if an accident should claim the life of a pedestrian after this warning.
