Nagginda’s grandpa is pork chairman

Seeping in from Entebbe is the news that Sylvia Nagginda’s grandfather, Nelson Ssebugwawo, is the chairman of Pork Farmers and Traders in Uganda. So what? Well this weekend Mzee Ssebugwawo is urging all pork joint owners to meet him at Bulange at 10:00am to discuss issues relating to hygiene, proper construction and cooking specifications. However, this news might drain the hopes of all pork lovers with intentions of savouring the coveted flesh this weekend because many joints might be closed. In a bid to tap in on the World Cup frenzy, Ssebugwawo says better standards at pork stations will cajole more customers.
