9 firms to export labour

THE labour ministry has licensed nine firms for labour exportation, Milton Turyasiima, a senior labour officer in charge of employment, has said.

THE labour ministry has licensed nine firms for labour exportation, Milton Turyasiima, a senior labour officer in charge of employment, has said.
Speaking at Simbamanyo House in Kamapal, Turyasiima said the licensing was done as part of the labour externalisation programme.
“Registration for more companies is in progress as long as they meet the standards,†he said.
The companies are Job Potential and Property Markets, Connect Financial Services, Labour Export Services, Maritino Agencies, International Labour Agency Uganda, Two Niles Public Relations Agency, Network Recruitment Services and Millennium Group Worldwide.
