MBALE SET FOR ‘kadongo kamu’
Mbale is set for a show, dubbed “Ekidigida ky’omwaka”, featuring kadongokamu maestros Paul Kafeero and Abdu Mulaasi on Sunday at Mbale Municipal Stadium. The show will involve a football match between the district leaders and musicians. Fans will be treated to nyama choma courtesy of Mulasi and Kafeero. Other artistes lined up include; Betty Mpologoma, Chance Nalubega, Buchaman, Harriet Kisakye and Queen Florence. Gates will be open at 10:00am and entrance fee is sh5,000.

SMACK IN MUSICAL ‘KASIKI’
Artistes Ragga Dee, Julianna, BLU*3, Iryn Namubiru and Bobi Wine will stage a concert at St. Mary’s College Kisubi (SMACK) tomorrow, starting at 4:00pm.The show is one of the activities for the SMACK’s centenary celebrations, which will be held at the college on Sunday.


‘ENTUJJO’ AT KIWAATULE
The annual musical show dubbed “Entujjo Ya Munna U’’, where artistes compete i their clans, will take place at Kiwatule Recreation Centre on Sunday. Artistes lined up to perform include Mesach Semakula, Ronnie Mayinja, Paul Kafeero, Bobi Wine, Jose Chameleone, Joanita Kawalya, Mathias Walukagga, Harriet Kisaakye, Sheila Nvannungi and Mariam Ndagire.


TAIBAH IN CLASSICAL DRAMA
Taibah schools will stage a classical drama, To Become a Star at the National Theatre from today until Sunday at 2:30 and 7:00pm. The drama is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s classical drama, Julius Caesar.


Ebonies IN MITYANA
The Ebonies will stage the play, Conundrum, Kalibobbo, at New Highway Theatre in Mityana on Sunday.


FIREBASE CREW AT SURE PUB
Jam sessions featuring Bobie Wine and the Fire Base Crew take place at Sure Pub in Kabalagala every Friday, starting at 7:00pm.


GOSPEL GROUPS AT LUBIRI SSS
Gospel artistes will perform at the Lubiri SSS Scripture Union album launch at the school tomorrow. The artistes include Judith Babirye, Blessed Family, Martin Sseku, Grace Morgan, Pastor Wilson Bugembe Miracle Teens and Denis Lanek.


KENYAN CHOIR IN CONCERT
Nairobi’s St. Benedict’s Choir will perform in a Marian Carol Concert at St. Joseph’s Church, Ndeeba on Sunday.
