PETROFINA has launched a sh50m two-month promotion dubbed, “Win Prizes with Petro-Fina Fuel.”

Jonan Ataremwa, a taxi driver of Gayaza, won the first weekly top prize of a fully-paid one week holiday to Mombasa.
This was at a function at Petrofina’s station in Kalerwe, Kampala, recently.

Twenty-nine-year-old Charles Galabuzi, a lorry driver, won a 14-inch Sony television set, which he received from the general manager, Lawrence Esangu.

Five other drivers won prizes like bicycles, television sets, radio cassettes and fuel.

The promotion requires any driver to refuel at Kalerwe Petrofina station.
“As a company policy, we give back aquarter of our profits to our clients to thank them for having kept us going,” Abdullazizi Ahmed, the country marketing manager, said.

Ahmed said, “We have joined the pipeline and can now buy our fuel directly from the Middle East, which makes it relatively cheap.”
