Zzimwe Construction company dag up the road so badly one year ago and to-date nothing has been done about it! The road is now full of potholes and patches of tarmac on which every driver struggles to drive in order to protect their vehicles. During the dry season the dust is unbearable and when it rains the bad road at the T-junction at the Northern Bypass (Lubijji swamp) floods and wading through the mini lake is a nightmare.

Pity us the pedestrians! Surprisingly, Vice President Bukenya drives along this road to his home in Kakiri. Prof Bukenya, isn’t it a shame that you have never bothered to even complain about this road?

The road to Mbarara and Bushenyi is one of the best in Uganda, especially after Masaka. is this because the Minister of works and the President hail from those areas? Don’t we the residents of these areas pay taxes? If the Minister of works doesn’t see this problem please, Mr Mahogany do something about the pathetic situation of this road.
