CELTEL has launched the third draw of “Build Our Nation” Programme in the central region with 12 schools as beneficiaries.

CELTEL has launched the third draw of “Build Our Nation” Programme in the central region with 12 schools as beneficiaries.
Primary education state minister Peter Lokeris conducted the draw at Kaganda Church of Uganda Primary School in Masaka.
Kaganda, Kagulube Primary School in Kalangala, St. Kizito Primary School in Luweero, Wamala Primary School in Mityana, Ssaza Road Public Primary School in Mpigi, Kafundezi Primary School in Mubende, Buikwe Self Help Centre Primary School in Mukono, Kagongi Primary School in Nakaseke, Kabazi Primary School in Nakasongola, Makukuru Primary School in Rakai, Kyetume Primary School in Ssembabule and Bweranga Primary School in Wakiso will benefit.
Kaganda was the first beneficiary and got 200 textbooks.
Celtel’s managing director Yesse Oenga said, “Celtel is committed to investing in the local community to ensure that our programmes provide maximum benefit to them.”
