LIRA - Light Force International, a UK-based charity, on Friday gave relief items to 1,000 households of displaced persons in Moroto county. The coordinator, J.P. Atine, said each home got blankets, cups, a jerrican, saucepans, a tarpauline, spoons, knives, plates, a basin, two bars of soap and second-hand clothes.

AMOLATAR - Joy drilling and Deliverance Church Uganda are to provide safe drinking water to the communities under the biosand filter water project, Vincent Okeng, the project coordinator of Joy drilling said recently.
