The law passed by Parliament to monitor NGOs was not meant to fight them, the general duties minister has said. Adolf Mwesige said the law was meant to combat bad people. He said some people that belonged to NGOs would interfere with the security of the state through their programmes. He was addressing the staff of Kabarole Research and Resource Centre in Fort Portal on Thursday.

KAYUNGA: Preachers urged
