This was at a workshop for the HIV/AIDS road sector campaign at Rwenzori International Hotel in Kasese.
The 30-month project, whose first phase ended last week, was valued at sh375m.
It covered construction of the 54km-stretch of the Katunguru-Kikorongo and Equator Road.
The execuutive director of the Network of People Living With HIV/AIDS, Maj. Rubaramira Ruranga, attended.
