EXPRESS will not hold any discussions with Rwandan army club APR over their two players Robert Kabanda and Hassan Mubiru (right), reports Norman Katende.
APR, through Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA) last week wrote to FUFA requesting for the processing of the two players’ ITCs.
Express however, through club chairman Godfrey Kirumira, said that they are not ready to negotiate with APR.
“We won’t talk with them after the past experiences. They came here three years back and took three of our players. We agreed on the transfer fees but up to now, they have never paid. Why should we release more players to them,” Kirumira said.
He was referring to players James Odoch, Francis Gozanga and Manfred Kizito, who Express released three years back after agreeing on $4,500 (sh7.8m) which APR is yet to pay.
