Government invites Serbian investors

THE Government has invited Serbia and Montenegro investors, Prof. Ssemakula Kiwanuka, the investment state minister, has said.

THE Government has invited Serbia and Montenegro investors, Prof. Ssemakula Kiwanuka, the investment state minister, has said.

Serbia and Montenegro have agro-based technology, which is affordable for community use.

“We want their expertise because they are good at manufacturing mechanical equipment, which will promote agriculture here,” he said during a cocktail for the visiting Serbia and Montenegro business delegation at Bugolobi recently.

The delegation, led by the Serbia and Montenegro’s deputy foreign minister, Pedrag Boskovic, was in the country for one week.

Serbia and Montenegro’s honorary consul Jovan Latincic pledged to cement the relationship between the two countries.

The delegation met finance minister, Dr. Ezra Suruma, foreign affairs minister, Sam Kuteesa, ambassador, James Tugume, among others.
