TWO Police officers are to be charged for mismanaging the case of the woman who caused commotion during the NRM 19th anniversary celebrations at Kololo airstrip by demanding to see the President over her lost child.

Anna Namara’s case was placed in Inspector General of Police Maj. Gen. Katumba Wamala’s hands by the President.

Wamala commissioned a team of detectives from the CID headquarters in Kampala to investigate the case.
