INFORMATION state minister Nsaba Buturo’s remarks that UPC president Milton Obote should account for crimes committed in Luweero Trai-ngle between 1980 and 1985 show that the Government is using a discriminatory approach to reconciliation, Bush-enyi district speaker Odo Tayebwa said on Friday.
“Former LRA leader Sam Kolo and Shaban Amin have been forgiven and the Government wants to bring back Kony (LRA leader). This is a challenge,” he said.
