THE Minister for Lands and environment, Col. Kahinda Otafiire, has described the Forum for Democratic Change (fdc) leaders as blind cows which cannot see where they are going.
“My friends in FDC are like blind cows. they need prayers from religious leaders,” he said at a fundraising at St. Noah secondary school in Mutara sub-county, Ruhinda in Bushenyi on Saturday.
Over sh3m was raised for the completion of a boys’ dormitory.
Otafiire said a blind cow only knows how to feed itself but it cannot see where it is going.
He said the Democratic Party (DP) had failed to register for four months because of confusion.
“How can such people lead a country?” he wondered.
Otafiire said DP leaders were like the Nigerians who don’t know how to count themselves.
He said The Uganda People’s Congress had tried to rule the country three times but it had failed. “We cannot give this country to such people who fail every time,” he said
