TOP seed Chris Wabwire maintained his mark after edging James Otim 4-3 in an all-URA final in the Uganda Darts Association mini-open Sunday.

TOP seed Chris Wabwire maintained his mark after edging James Otim 4-3 in an all-URA final in the Uganda Darts Association mini-open Sunday.
Otim, a 3-2 victor over Police’s Mathias Okwir in the last four, made a blistering start to lead 2-0.
But Wabwire, who upped his game thereafter, held on his nerve to win the ranking event at Makerere’s Club Five.
The women’s category went to Olive Begomba who beat Faith Nasser 4-2 in another all-URA final. In the T-chart, Michael ‘Computer’ Nyeko beat Okwir 3-1.
The two-day event precedes the UDA extra ordinary general assembly that convenes to amend the constitution at Lugogo on Saturday.
