KAMPALA — The Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) has discontinued the weekly press conferences that have been taking place at Uganda House, the party head office, every Wednesday. The Constitutional Steering Committee chairman, Haji Badru Wegulo, yesterday said UPC would instead concentrate on field activities and only call press conferences when there is need.
