Many may have fled in times of intense instability but, by and large, we have stabilised with a fair degree of liberal politics, which is why Godfrey Binaisa, Tito Okello, Mustafa Adrisi, Sam Kolo, Taban Amin, Wilson Omaria and Aggrey Awori have, with or without baggage, all returned and settled.
