THE Government should come up with a policy to ensure that children who drop out of school in war-ravaged areas access free vocational education, Kiboga East MP Dan Kiwalabye has said. The MP was on Saturday addressing residents of Mpangala in Bukomero sub-county, Kiboga district.

Aringa county MP Uthman Alonga has said he did not follow up the pledges president museveni made to Yumbe district because the residents did not vote for him in the 2001 presidential elections. He appealed to the crowd that thronged Boma grounds in Yumbe to witness the pass-out of LDUs to vote wisely come 2006.
