THE Army has arrested 11 suspected Lord’s Resistence Army (LRA) collaborators at Koch-Goma camp for the internally displaced in Nwoya county.

The arrests follow the Friday LRA attack and killing of over 20 people within the vicinity of the camp, situated about 24km southwest of Gulu town.

“We have identified and arrested some collaborators here (Koch-Goma),” the UPDF 4th division commander, Col. Nathan Mugisha, told the residents of Koch-Goma IDP camp during a security meeting on Friday.

He said the Police should speed up investigations into the matter so that the suspects are taken to court.

“With or without money we must get united and hit these LRA terrorists. They are revenging for the arrest of their collaborators,” Mugisha said.

The RDC, Max Omeda, revoked his decision not to arrest such suspects.
