KENYAN rapper Prezzo (Jackson Ngecha Makini) is best known for his songs like Naleta Action and Lets Get Down.

This 24-year-old singer got inspiration from the late American rap maestro, Tupac Shakur. His two songs have featured prominently on EA TV.

He is believed to be Kenya’s king of bling-bling (jewellry), which is synonymous with rap music. Prezzo enjoys the support of his mother, Dinah Makini, who shows it by driving him to venues to perform.

Dinah also converted one of the rooms in her house into a studio and it is here that Prezzo released his first song.

She also tells him to sing about respect for other cultures.
In his leisure time, Prezzo reads books on business and helps his mother with some chores.
