Ruling aborts
THE High Court failed on Wednesday to deliver a ruling on whether the British High Commission in Uganda can be sued on behalf of the Queen’s government for compensation of the Banyoro, who lost lives and property.
Court sources said the ruling could not be delivered because the case file had been shifted from the civil registry to the Land division.
