FUFA boss Dr James Sekajugo has advised Cranes coach Mohammad Abbas to concentrate on training the team other than 'preparing fans for sympathy in case Uganda loses' to DR Congo. Cranes take on the Simbas in the second leg of the 2006 World/Nations Cup qualifying match due June 5 in Kinshasa and Abbas insists the preparations are not sufficient.

RUGBY: Bushenyi get
A team of nine coaches from England travelled to Bushenyi yesterday to introduce tag rugby to pupils in various primary schools. The group, led by Chris Tapper, will be in Bushenyi for two weeks holding clinics and playing sessions. Schools will also get equipment.

BECKY Akullo scored 15 points to help KCC Leopards drub Tanzania's Jeshi Stars 75-65 on Saturday for their first victory of the on-going East, Central and Southern Africa club basketball championships in Dar es Salaam. Juliet Sabano added 10 points for Leopards.
