STEVEN Kisakye, a resident of Kasubi who the police shot at as he doused a suspected thug’s body with paraffin, is to face murder charges. “As far as we are concerned, mob justice is illegal. It is murder irrespective of what these people (thugs) had done,” Kampala extra Police chief Benson Oyo Nyeko said yesterday.

A TWNETY-five-year-old man who had sex with a cow has been sentenced to five years in Kauga prison. Court presided over by Mukono chief Magistrate Isaac Muwata on Monday heard that Patrick Keryatunga of Kibubbu in Lugazi was caught having sex with the cow on September 8, 2004.
