RICHARD Okia will be out to show that he has matured with the bat when his side Africa, face off with champions Tornado in the top of the table Castle Lager cricket league clash at Lugogo.
While the two will be tussling it out, the other Tornado side will be tested by Castle.
Okia who was unbeaten on 104 in the five-wicket win over Tornado B two weeks ago, will be a prime wicket target by Tornado bowlers after that display.
Africa is likely to welcome back Junior Kwebiiha who decided to sit out of the last game for full recovery of a shoulder injury.
Star-studded Tornado will need to improve on their last week’s 64-run win over Castle XI, having been bowled out for 183 in 43 overs. The side has been depleted after their batsmen Michael Ndiko, Benjamin Musoke, Akbar Baig and Nand Kishor decided to keep away from the squad since the national team returned from Ireland.
National coach Henry Okecho has decided to return to active cricket to fill some of the void.
At Kyambogo, man-of-match against Tornado last week, Richard Sempa will lead Castle against Tornado B missing fast bowler Kenneth Kamyuka now on a professional stint.
