James Ekeda was on Tuesday briefing a Kampala businessman, Jalon Okello-Olobo, on the living conditions in the camp.

LIRA — An Influx of street children in the town has created concern among district leaders. Mayor Peter Owiny recently said they had prepared video tapes which the council was using as a yardstick to solve the children’s problems.
