THE Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) youth league has formed a brigade to campaign for the party ahead of next year’s elections.
Jude Maginot, the commander of the group, said the brigade was formed to monitor the activities of the party, mobilise members and sensitise the public on the party activities.
“We want to ensure that our people are not intimidated. We want to see that democratic principles are followed,†he said.
