Sebaggala has no moral authority to blast the minister

SIR — On September 10, Nasser Ntege Sebaggala attacked the state minister for information, Dr James Nsaba Buturo, for not consulting a higher authority before he announced anything about the TV tax, which is now scrapped. This was during a talk-show on Radio Sapientia.

I wish to advise Sebaggala that he had no moral authority to give Nsaba Buturo that advice.

He himself defied the DP constitution and without consulting the people in the hierarchy, launched a manifesto and announced his candidature on the DP ticket as if he owned the party!

I would like also to tell him to stop fooling Ugandans about his intentions to stand for the presidency when Ugandans know he is not academically fit to be Uganda’s next President. He should also learn to respect other DP members. Coming out with force does not make him greater than the others.
