KAMPALA — A visit by thousands of students to the Uganda International Trade Fair on Thursday was disrupted by the afternoon downpour. The heavy shower denied the students the much-anticipated fun as it pelted down and dampened the mood, causing sections of the Uganda Manufacturers Association show grounds, the venue of the exhibition, to flood. Many students had just paid and gained entry to the grounds when the rain started.
