Taxi burnt

RIOTOUS bodaboda operators on Tuesday night burnt a taxi that knocked dead two of their colleagues at Makindye, a city suburb. Katwe Police traffic inspector Noah Twishima yesterday said the accident occurred when a taxi rammed into a bodaboda motorcycle.

Nadduli happy

THE Makerere University G6 political parties branch has asked the Government not to blame Milton Obote for atrocities committed in Luweero and other parts of the country during his reign. Anthony Mula, the branch chairman, said government officials had blackmailed Obote for the past 20 years as a cruel leader yet many of them served in his government and were part of the atrocities committed in Luweero.
