SIR — I wish to react about the recent voters’ cards being issued. I registered in May before the the refrendum vote.
SIR — I wish to react about the recent voters’ cards being issued. I registered in May before the the refrendum vote. This month I went to collect my card as the Electroral Commission announced but to my suprise at the back of the card, the chairman’s signature is that of Hajji Aziz Kasujja. This left me wondering because Kasujja left the job nearly three years ago. Why does the card not bear the present chairman’s signature? This is irregular and wrong!
