LIGHT flyweight Mohammed Kaboggoza has moved to Rwanda in search of better fortunes. The Naguru-based fighter is the latest in a list of Ugandan boxers to make a move to Kigali. Others who have turned their backs to Lugogo include flyweight Ronald Mukiibi and lightweight Rajab Hassan. Lack of facilitation has been blamed.

FUFA normalisation committee boss, Dr. James Sekajugo is off to Cairo for a sports medicine course organised and sponsored by FIFA. Dr. Sekajugo left on Monday morning to catch up with the course opening today in Cairo. The course is for countries that have qualified for the World Cup and Africa Nations Cup.

TWO Danish coaches Carsten Brender and Henriit Coerby will arrive in the country this month to conduct coaching courses with the KKL/TKL in Kampala, Gulu, Kitgum, Lira and Arua. The programme will consist of two intensive workshops this month. Coaches who pass will receive certificates and then have a year of volunteer activity on KKL/TKL projects for the trainee youth coach.
