MONEYGram international through Habitat for Humanity international, has donated $1m over the last five years to build affordable houses for low income-earning families in 24 countries, including Uganda.

MONEYGram international through Habitat for Humanity international, has donated $1m over the last five years to build affordable houses for low income-earning families in 24 countries, including Uganda.
The alliance with Habitat for Humanity, is the company’s corporate purpose of providing affordable, reliable and convenient repayment services.
Allied Bank international public relations officer Joseph Kimbowa said this at a handover of a house to Ivan Kiida, a beneficiary in Buwagi village, Budondo sub-county in Jinja district on Wednesday.
The four bed-roomed house was built at sh2.4m. Kiida thanked the two companies for the offer.
