Weired hotel mannerisms

BOY oh boy! This is a good one. Last Saturday during a xxxx festival at a hotel in town, xxxxx, a prominent hotelier in the city, found himself in a little more than a spot of bother. <br>
BOY oh boy! This is a good one. Last Saturday during a xxxx festival at a hotel in town, xxxxx, a prominent hotelier in the city, found himself in a little more than a spot of bother.
Apparently, xxxxxx was arrested with an unpaid for bottle of Black Label by security at the gate as he made his way out.
As the story goes, xxxxxx, who had been drinking and making merry with friends down at the hotel gardens, just upped and left with the bottle he had been drinking from without paying.
Efforts by waiters to catch up with him were futile as he was already speeding off towards the gate in his car. Security at the gate had to be alerted hence the embarrassing apprehension.
He was of course forced to pay. As to whether his failure to pay was convenient or accidental, your guess is as good as mine.
