Kasese woman MP Loice Bwambale told a press conference recently that those to benefit included LDUs, home guards and vigilantes in Kasese, Kabarole and Bundibugyo districts.

AT least 42 people died and 153 others were seriously injured in road accidents in Kasese last year. The district traffic police chief, Wilfred Chwinyai in his annual report released recently, said 67 road accidents were recorded. He, however, said was an improvement in road discipline.
