RUKUNGIRI — Bwambara Secondary School on Friday received a 65,000-litre water harvesting tank worth sh12m donated under the Poverty Action Fund programme. Receiving the tank, the headteacher, Wycliffe Twinomujuni, thanked the Government for giving them the tank.

Units built
KABALE — Kamuganguzi sub-county has started constructing health centres in parishes to foster the early treatment and prevention of common illnesses. The LC3 boss, Bernard Twebaze, recently said the council had constructed health units in five of the seven parishes in the sub-county.

RDC praises
KABALE — The resident district commissioner, Lt. James Mwesigye, has praised donors for supporting government programmes. Mwesigye said this at a journalists workshop at White Horse Inn recently. He said donors were a pillar in the country’s development.
