Grass wicket ready for test

UGANDAN cricketers will tomorrow test the new grass wicket at the Lugogo oval.

Thys Carsten, from South African company Perfect Bounce, said the players would be allowed to bowl and bat on the wicket.

“We want to see how the pitch behaves but there is still some work to be done especially on the outfield.”
