THE Police in Gulu are holding a 57-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 13-year-old daughter.

THE Police in Gulu are holding a 57-year-old man for allegedly defiling his 13-year-old daughter.
Gulu district Police commander Richard Mvule recently said Batulomayo Opong was arrested by the residents of Kal-ali in Paicho sub-county in Aswa county and brought to the Police.
The girl’s mother had gone to the garden when the incident took place.
Mvule said the girl was a pupil at Cwero Primary School.
“The man defiled his daughter while she was sleeping in their house at about midday,†Mvule said.
The girl told the Police that the pain from her father’s forced penetration woke her up.
