The landlord, identified as Kaiso previously had a tenant who shifted without his knowledge. The previous tenant identified as Moses got a new tenant to occupy the house after claiming that he was the landlord. Moses had occupied the house after paying one month’s rent but shifted after only a week. He convinced an unidentified man to rent the house and received a three-month rent from him before disappearing. Kaiso was only shocked to see a new tenant in his house.
