Two years ago, Luweero LC5 chairman Abdul Nadduli came out clear that he would not accept a non-Muganda to take a position of a NAADS coordinator in Luweero. Although this violated the Constitution, his dream came true when, in spite of the IGG’s intervention, his Muganda person became the NAADS coordinator.
To stand up today and say that non-Baganda will not be segregated against in the new federal Buganda is just looking for support to fight for his cause and later throw them in a bin.
