THE dispute over the Masindi-Kitara Bishop elect, Stanley Ntagali, has gone to court.

Masindi LC5 chairman John Majara and speaker Jacob Karuhanga on Tuesday filed a case with the High Court, accusing Archbishop Henry Luke Orombi of imposing Ntagali on the diocese.

The duo have asked the High Court to temporarily hold Ntagali’s enthronement, till their case is heard and disposed of.

In the pre-trial application lodged by Bamwe and Co.

Advocates, the plaintiffs said they feared that if the enthronement were held, it would render their main case, challenging Ntagali’s election, useless.
